Dr. Raghuvansh Prasad Singh (born 6 June 1946) is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Vaishali constituency of Bihar and is a member of the Rashtriya Janata Dal. He was the Union Cabinet Minister for Rural Development in the first cabinet of Dr Manmohan Singhs Government. He begun his political career from the erstwhile Janata Party and was close to Late Satyendra Narayan Singh, the prominent leader of that time and former Chief Minister of Bihar.
